Dolores J. Richardson, 1993, Bachelor of General Studies with a concentration in Business Management, University of Louisiana at Lafayette, LA

Richardson has extensive procurement experience with the Department of Defense under the Department of the Army and the Defense Contract Administrative Services. She maintained unlimited contracting officer's warrant covering such major programs as Titan/Centaur, Advanced Launch Systems, Atlas E/Atlas II, and the Army Command and Control System-Common Hardware/Software acquisition. Contract values ranged from $3M-$180M. Richardson also has banking and finance experience in international banking and corporate trust accounts at the First National Bank of Chicago.

Functional Activities:

• Advice, guidance, and direction to the NWRC Directorate on administrative and management issues
• Management and supervision of the NWRC Administrative Office which covers the following:
  • Acquisition and contract administration
  • Budget and finance
  • Facility and fleet operations
  • Human resources
  • Laboratory
• Warranted Contracting Officer
• On-Site Support Services Ordering Officer
• Employee Relations Liaison
• Account Manager
• Project Officer for Student Intern Program
• Security Officer (collateral duty)
